How does the ANDALO LIFE work?

Andalo Life is a public park located at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites and the Paganella mountain, in Trentino, where you can find a lot of activities and attractions (26 in summer, 12 in winter and 9 that are available all year long 3 except for the month of May).

You don’t need a ticket to access the park, there are both free activities such as the playground area or the various walks, and fee-paying activities such as the Winter Park and the sports facilities. Events also take place at the park.

The activities have different prices and opening hours.

Booking is recommended?

Yes, we recommend you to book in advance, expecially in high tourism season and during the weekend.

Why do you recommend to buy the entrance tickets online?

The entrances will be limited. We recommend you to buy the tickets online in order to have the possibility to book the entrance and make sure to access the facility on the day and at the hour you prefer.

Can we book the entrance by telephone?

No, the entrance can be booked only online. To book the entrance you have to buy the entrance ticket online. During the purchase procedure you can select the desired date and hour.

You can also buy the entrance ticket and show it directly to the cashier without booking (in this case we can’t guarantee you the access at the desired hour and day).

In any case show the ticket that you received by email as an attachment to the order confirmation to the cashier. We are waiting for you!

Where can we find specific information on the tickets/subscriptions that we'd like to purchase?

We've created a dedicated page on www.andalo.life/infoticket. Here you can find information on the duration of the tickets and subscriptions, the methods for purchasing gift cards and a lot more. Furthermore, on the page www.andalo.life/condizionidivendita you can check the terms of sale that you accept by purchasing the tickets. 

We saw that we need to book for a specific hour. So?

The booking is referred to the entrance hour. 

For example: if you book at 16.00 and see that the next available hour is 16.30, this means that you must show up for the entrance between 16.00 and16.29.

Do we need to print the tickets?

No, the cashiers can read the tickets also on the smartphone.

We recommend you to download the ticket (QR code) as an image or pdf on your smartphone. Not all the areas of the park have good network coverage, so you might have problems with the download at the counter. Alternatively, once in the park you can connect to the free wifi 'Andalolifepark'.

If you have the Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card we also recommend you to download that as an image (QR code "my guestcard"). 

We booked but due to a problem we need to change the date and hour of the booking, how can we do this?

Click the link ''book or verify your booking'' in your ticket (below the QR code). You can see your bokking and cancel it. The reservation must be made anew, as if you've just bought the ticket, so it is subject to availability.

Are there rules for accessing the activities?

Yes, there are rules for accessing the facilities and access regulations related to covid restrictions. You can find them at the pages www.andalo.life/regolamenti and www.andalo.life/infocovid. By accessing the activities and attractions and purchasing the entrance tickets online or at the counter you accept them and commit to respect them.

Are there discounts for people with disabilities?

Above the 30% of disability, by showing the CERTIFICATE (of disability) and an IDENTITY DOCUMENT you will receive a 50% discount from the price list on the majority of the activities of the Andalo Life: Acquapark, ACQUAin Spa, Winter Park, Funny Jump, Bimbolandia, Gravity track, Mini-train around the lake, Minigolf, Ice Rink, tennis court, soccer field and boules.

Both entrance tickets and subscriptions are discounted. In this case you can purchase the tickets only at the counter.

There are no discounts for lessons (swimming, tennis, ice-skating ecc.)

If the disabled person needs to be accompanied (deambulation or other evident problems), the accompanier (1 person per disabled person) by entering at the same time to accompany the disabled person, will receive a 50% discount from the pricelist: Acquapark, ACQUAin Spa, Winter Park, Funny Jump, Bimbolandia, Mini-train around the lake, Minigolf, Ice Rink, tennis court, soccer field and boules.

Are dogs allowed in the Andalo Life?

Our 4-legged friends are welcome at the Andalo Life! They can freely cross the park, rest in the green areas and relax by walking around the lake of Andalo, respecting the normal rules of any other public area. In the park you can find bag dispensers to collect their droppings. They cannot access the areas of the attractions/activities of the Andalo Life. For example, they cannot access the sports and entertainment areas, the playgrounds (not even the traditional free and open ones) outdoors or indoors (not even the solarium garden area of the Acquapark). We would like to make a stay in Andalo, can we get an estimate?

At the Andalo Life there is a camping that offers camping pitches for tents, caravans, vans and trailers. You can find all the information on the page www.andalo.life/camping

OTHER FREQUENT QUESTIONS ON ACQUAin ACQUAPARK and SPA&WELLNESS

ACQUAin acquapark, wellness&spa and beauty are open almost all year long. When do they close?

The ACQUAin center is open all year long except for a maintenance window (usually the month of May). The timetable with details on the closing and re-opening days and the special events are made available well in advance. You can stay up to date on the page www.andalo.life/orari 

At the acquapark it is mandatory to wear swimsuits and swimming caps. Can we rent those?

At the Acquapark it is mandatory to wear the SWIMSUIT and SWIMMING CAP and for BABIES also the swimming diapers.

BABIES: At the moment we have a promotional partnership with Huggies that allows us to offer you 1 disposable swimming diaper for free for each entrance of babies (0-2 years old) to the Acquapark.

The accessories aren't included in the entrance ticket and can't be rented. They can be bought at the small shop at the entrance (items such as swimming caps, flip flops ecc.)

What does it mean that the SPA area has a Nordic style?

The SPA area (wellness center) has a Nordic style: the use of the swimming suit is forbidden and every day we offer sauna rituals (Aufguss). 

On the page www.andalo.life/spa  right under the slideshow there are various sections where you can find all the rules of the sauna.

Are the loungers inside the Spa area and the Acqaapark rentable or bookable?

The loungers are available for free, they cannot be booked. When not in use they must be freed, you cannot occupy them with towels or other objects. They are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability. This year we have less loungers available due to anticovid regulations (more distance is required).

Do you provide bathrobes and towels?

Towels and bathrobes (large size) are available for rent. They aren't included in the entrance ticket. 

For the SPA&Wellness you need at least 1 cotton towel (not microfiber) even if we advise you to bring 2, or 1 towel and 1 bathrobe, so that you can wear a dry one during the relaxing moments.

How do the locker rooms work?

The locker rooms are separate  (men and women). The lockers work with 1€. There are hair dryers available for free. 

If we have very small children (babies) do we need to know something more?

In order to access the Acquapark babies must wear the swimming diaper and the swimming cap if they have hair. Up to 2 years old they don't pay the entrance. They can take a bath in your arms or with the help of proper floating supports that you can bring with you inside. The shop at the entrance offers you the possibility to buy armrests. You cannot enter the acquapark with the stroller or the baby carriage, not even the locker rooms, but you can find a changing table and some high chairs at your disposal to change them more comfortably. If you need to put your baby to sleep inside the acquapark you can bring with you the infant carrier without wheels. Due to anticovid regulations it will be sanitized at the entrance.

If we bring with us a packed lunch can we eat it inside?

Yes, you can eat your lunches at the indoor Bar and in summer also in the outdoors solarium garden.

Do we need to pay cash at the indoor bar?

When you access the Acquapark or the Spa you will be given an electronic bracelet on which your drinks and meals at the indoor bar will be charged. Also treatments and massages at the beauty center can be charged on the bracelet. Then you can settle your account at the counter before exiting.

If we decide to have lunch outside of the ACQUAin can we come back later?

Once you enter the acquapark or the spa&wellness area you can stay as long as you want until the closing time of the day, you can enter and exit as you wish. Before exiting you have to pay eventual consumptions or treatments. In this case we recommend you not to lose/take off your electronic bracelet otherwise you won't be able to re-enter the facility.

We would like to access both the Spa&Wellness and the Acquapark, which ticket must we purchase?
