Tai Chi Chuan e Qi Gong
Tai Chi Chuan, or Taiji Quan, is an ancient martial art of self-defence that has its roots in the millenary Chinese tradition. This art, based on the pursuit of balance, correct breathing, mind-body coordination, fluidity and harmony of movement, offers practitioners a path of study on the harmonious development of their own vital energy ('Qi' in Chinese) and the development of awareness and harmony with themselves, with others and with the universe, to the point of becoming a true Path of inner, as well as physical and psychological, growth.
Comfortable clothes and low-soled shoes are recommended for practising.
