WHO I AM: Martina Bottamedi, I am an osteopath graduated with the titles “Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy with Honours” (BSc Ost.) and “Master of Science in Osteopathy with Honours in sports and pediatric osteopathy” (MSc Ost.) from the MIE ICOM in Cinisello Balsamo.

The 5-year theoretical-practical training course, combined with a clinical internship of over 1500 hours at the CCFO ICOM Osteopathic Clinic in Cinisello Balsamo, allowed me to refine my skills in manual osteopathic treatment and in the personalized approach to the patient.

WHO IS IT FOR: Patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, from athletes to pregnant women, from those who wish to improve their quality of life and their postural balance to those seeking relief from daily pain.

OSTEOPATHY: Osteopathy is a health profession in the preventive and health promotion area, which aims to understand and give meaning to any type of acute or chronic pain (joint or muscle pain, headache, reflux and abdominal swelling, menstrual pain...), identifying its origin and treating it using different approaches, with the aim of restoring functional balance and improving the patient's quality of life.

SERVICE OFFERED: The osteopathic treatment consists of an initial postural analysis and of the patient's experience, which allow to understand the state of health, to study how the body manages functional requests on a daily basis. The goal is to accompany the patient along an individualized therapeutic path, promoting psycho-physical well-being through research and management of the causes of pain.

A quick consultation designed for those who need an initial assessment of the disorder, with the aim of evaluating the possible causes and guiding the patient towards the most appropriate solution.

• Complete Osteopathic Treatment (60 min)
A personalized session built on the specific needs of the patient, which through an accurate postural assessment and general health status, aims to promote the rebalancing of the body, relieve tension and pain, improve mobility, promote general well-being and sports performance.
